The annual Troop service project to assist the Satawa family in erecting their nativity was done on Saturday, December 19, 2015.  A brisk 30 degree day found our young men following the directions from the family members who have kept this tradition alive for many years.  An excerpt from the news media: "St. Anne's Parish received a donation of Christmas statues in March 1945 that were too large to house inside the church — so they were moved to the public median outside."  The Satawa family has cared for and set up the display as a service to the city of Warren over all the years since.  Here's a perfect example of quite a few aspects of the scout law being put to use, especially 'Reverent'.  God rest ye merry gentlemen!
