What are the costs? | In order to be a member of the pack, each Scout must pay $24.00 annually. In addition, there are monthly camping costs and the scout must provide his own personal camping equipment. |
What do I need for camping supplies? | Check the Scout Handbook and ask the Cubmaster for a list. |

Where can I purchase a Scout uniform? | Musselman is located at 2226 NW Military Hwy, San Antonio, TX 78213 inside the Alamo Area Council Service Center. This is a full service shop. ScoutReach Scout Shop is located at 8503 S. Zarzamora St, San Antonio, Texas 78224, inside the Alamo Area Council BSA ScoutReach Service Center on the Southside of San Antonio. This one has just enough to get started. |
What can a parent do to assist? | We always need parents who are willing to take an active role in the Pack. You can serve as an Assistant Den Leader or Committee Member. We also need parents to help plan campouts, assist with fundraisers, etc. Parents are also encouraged to attend all Pack Scout meetings, events, and campouts. Parents who attend campouts will be made part of the "To Be Named" den while your sons camp with their own pack or den. We want both you and your Scout to participate and enjoy the Scouting experience. If you wish to participate, please speak with the Cubmaster or Committee Chair. The ideal way to help is doing something you enjoy! |
